Effort Full of Christmas Magic
We believe that the real magic of Christmas comes from community spirit, people coming together to create moments of joy, wonder, and connection. This year, that spirit has been alive, as we prepared for our Potting Shed to be transformed into Santa’s Post Office, ready to welcome children from across Crieff for a festive experience like no other.
Hard Work Behind the Scenes
In the weeks leading up to the event, our team and volunteers worked tirelessly to prepare the Potting Shed for its magical makeover. What began as a simple shed soon became a bustling project site, as we:

Installed new electricity to ensure a safe and reliable space for visitors

Added insulation to keep the space cosy during chilly December days

Fitted lighting to ensure June and her elves were able to dress the hut

Fitted out the shed to have plenty of storage for all the festive materials and supplies for letters to Santa
Every screw turned, wire fitted, and board lifted brought us one step closer to creating a space we knew children would love. It was a true labour of love, and only made possible only through the dedication of our community.
Thank you to our wonderful volunteers Victoria and Barry for helping with this project, they have done a fantastic job assisting with the Potting Shed.
June and the Elves Bring the Magic
Once the Potting Shed was ready, it was over to June and her team of elves, who sprinkled their creative magic over every corner. With decorations, festive touches, and imaginative details, they transformed the freshly renovated space into a magical Santa’s Post Office where children could step into the world of Christmas wonder.
From writing letters to Santa to exploring the enchanting displays, every child who visits will feel like they’ve entered a tiny North Pole right here in Crieff.
A Magical Experience for All Ages
But Santa’s Post Office is just the beginning. Alongside the transformed Potting Shed, children will also be able to enjoy a variety of festive activities, including:

Letter-writing stations where youngsters can pen their wishes straight to Santa and post them!

Bauble-making for our Magical Wishing Tree, each one holding a hope or dream for the season

Arts and crafts in our marquee, offering families a shelte

These activities create moments that families will cherish, while also offering a chance for everyone to engage with the creativity, joy, and community spirit at the heart of Creative Crieff.
We can’t wait to welcome families into Santa’s Post Office and see the smiles, excitement, and sparkle it brings to Crieff this Christmas.
