Following the success of last year’s workshop, we are delighted to welcome back filmmaker David Barras, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Scottish Youth Film Foundation, alongside Scott, to lead another Make a Film in a Day experience for young people as part of Crieff Film Festival 2026.

This hands-on workshop gives young people the chance to create their own short film from start to finish — with all equipment provided and expert guidance throughout.
